The Bardo Basketball Fall Academy is a structured player-development program for athletes who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and prepare for the upcoming basketball season.
REGISTER NOW FOR THE FALL ACADEMY
Players will receive purposeful instruction, game-speed repetitions, competitive drills, and opportunities to apply what they learn in live-action situations. Training will be adjusted for each group’s age, experience, and competitive level.
The academy is divided into two separate four-week sessions. Families may register for either session individually or save by registering for the complete eight-week academy.
Space will be limited to maintain the quality of instruction and provide every player with meaningful repetitions..

Players registered for the complete academy receive twice as many opportunities to learn, practice, compete, and build consistent habits before the season.
The Grade School group introduces young athletes to the fundamental skills and habits needed to become confident basketball players.
Workouts will use age-appropriate instruction, skill-building activities, and competitive drills to help players learn while enjoying the game.
Workout time: 5:00–6:15 PM
Workout length: 75 minutes
Regular training days: Mondays and Wednesdays
The 5th/6th Grade Boys group is designed for players ready to strengthen their fundamentals and begin performing skills with greater speed, control, and confidence.
Training will emphasize individual skill development, proper technique, decision-making, and competitive game application.
Workout time: 6:15–7:30 PM
Workout length: 75 minutes
Regular training days: Mondays and Wednesdays
The 7th/8th Grade Boys group provides a more advanced and competitive training environment for players preparing for the next level.
Athletes will work on performing skills at game speed, reading the defense, making better decisions, and competing with confidence.
Workout time: 6:30–8:00 PM
Workout length: 90 minutes
Regular training days: Mondays and Wednesdays
The Freshmen group helps players prepare for the pace, physicality, expectations, and decision-making required at the high-school level.
Workouts will combine detailed skill development with competitive drills and live-action situations that challenge players to execute under pressure.

Regular training days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
The Varsity group is designed for experienced players who want high-intensity, purposeful preparation for the upcoming season.
Training will emphasize advanced skill execution, efficiency, decision-making, conditioning, basketball IQ, and the ability to perform consistently in competitive situations.

The goal is not simply to complete drills. Players will be taught how and when to use their skills in game situations.
Every workout will have a clear plan and developmental focus. Players will receive instruction designed to help them understand the details behind each skill.
Players need more than stationary drills. Workouts will challenge athletes to execute with speed, pressure, and decision-making that translate to competition.
Each group will train at a level appropriate for its age and experience. Younger athletes will build strong fundamentals, while older players will face more advanced reads and competitive situations.
Meaningful improvement requires consistent work. Athletes who complete both sessions receive 16 structured workouts before the season.
Players will be challenged to compete, communicate, make decisions, and become comfortable performing under pressure.

Most workouts follow each group’s regular training days. Due to gym availability, a small number of workouts have been moved to a Tuesday or Thursday.
